Description: Purpose within the Organization:
The purpose of this position is to support the College of Nursing and Healthcare Professions (CONHCP) with administrative duties.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose: Provide administrative support for the College of Nursing and Healthcare Professions. Administer various assessments within the college. Greet students that arrive to take assessments. Report Academic Integrity violations. Assist with Student Nurse Association administrative support. Other administrative duties as assigned. Equipment Used:
Computers, Copiers, Phones, Standard Office Equipment Qualifications:
Must be eligible for Federal Work Study (FWS). Cannot be a CONHCP Nursing student. Must be able to work 15 to 20 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:00 am - 2:30 pm availability is preferred). Self-motivated, problem solver and able to work independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be detail oriented. Must have a calm demeanor, positive attitude and high energy. Efficient with time management. High level of verbal and written communication using proper business etiquette. High level of respect and professionalism at all times. Education

Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program. Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student. Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
