We support data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment, ensuring continual access to cloud services. We seek talented individuals to help us tackle complex problems impacting our supply chain. You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. Your role involves delivering high standards of safety and security, providing capacity at low cost, and fostering an inclusive culture that encourages innovation and ownership. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, perform Root Cause Analysis, and document corrective actions for site/equipment failures. Support operational issues through training, procedure reviews, and event support. Design upgrades for data centers to increase capacity, efficiency, and sustainability. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain standards and reliability. Develop innovative solutions for data center challenges. Manage multiple projects across regions. Lead engineering audits and produce risk mitigation reports. Serve as resident engineer during new construction, supporting commissioning and turnover. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Strong engineering judgment, problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills. Experience managing engineering projects and working with diverse stakeholders. Willingness to work both in the field and office. We value diversity and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
