Mesa Quantum Systems is a venture-backed quantum technology company building chip-scale atomic clocks and resilient positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) systems. Headquartered in Boulder, we've raised significant funding from top deep tech investors and secured multiple U.S. government contracts. Our mission is to deliver breakthrough quantum sensing technologies that ensure resilience for critical infrastructure worldwide.
We are seeking a
highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a pivotal part in building a company at the forefront of quantum technology.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage the CEO & CTO's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and travel with precision. Anticipate needs, ensuring the leadership is always prepared with agendas, materials, and follow-ups. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Operations & Coordination Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, investors, partners, and internal team. Coordinate logistics for board meetings, investor updates, and company events. Assist with project tracking, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met. Communication & Documentation Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the leadership. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and one-pagers. Maintain and organize documents, contacts, and files for quick access. Personal & Administrative Support Handle personal scheduling and logistics to free up executive bandwidth. Book travel, accommodations, and manage expense reporting. Step in on miscellaneous tasks that ensure efficiency and focus for the Leadership.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, and calendaring systems.
