Mandatory Skills: Background in Healthcare, Python, SQL, Visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) A bachelor's degree in business or related field 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Understanding of the healthcare industry. Two or more years of writing SQL queries and Python coding hands-on knowledge. Understanding of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Great analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
