Collaborate with distributors and their sales representatives to expand distribution. Educate, demonstrate, prospect, and assist in closing deals with distribution partners. Partner with Strategic Accounts through on-site surveys and solution recommendations to grow these accounts, engaging with site managers across various sectors. Install equipment through on-site training with customers. Coordinate with distributors, industrial counterparts, service teams, and other channels. Manage channel conflicts and address customer issues within your territory. Maintain demo equipment, vehicles, and trailers, ensuring safety and cleanliness. Control and be responsible for demo inventory. Execute sales strategies within your assigned geography as directed by the Commercial Market Manager. Make sales calls, including cold calls and face-to-face meetings, to existing and potential customers. Education And Experience Required
Associates Degree. 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of results. Experience working with distribution and channel partners. Strong business acumen and sales process knowledge. Ability to leverage training, tools, and technology effectively. Excellent time and territory management skills. Strong organizational, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proficiency in PC applications. Must be able to pull trailers according to DOT regulations and safety standards. Must meet physical requirements, including hooking up trailers and loading demonstration gear. Preferred Experience & Education
Bachelors Degree or higher. Prior experience in the commercial or industrial cleaning industry. Competitive base salary: $60,200 - $90,200 annually, plus $39,000 incentive for sales. Salary ranges are subject to adjustments based on experience and internal/external equity. Total compensation includes base salary and benefits, such as health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and voluntary benefits.
