The Senior Financial Analyst will be involved in all facets of the deal process from start to finish. This role focuses primarily on research, procurement, and underwriting of investment and development opportunities, playing an integral role in the due diligence team. It is a collaborative environment involving brokers, marketing, and project administrators across office, industrial, and retail sectors.

What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in real estate, capital markets, or corporate finance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Argus modeling.
Experience developing cash flow models and conducting in-depth financial analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and results-oriented attitude.
Bonus skills and experience
Commercial real estate experience.
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, CoStar, Real Capital Analytics is a plus.
What success looks like
Optimizing clients' real estate acquisition and disposition strategies through comprehensive financial modeling, research, and analysis of leases, proposals, and portfolios.
Designing and building sophisticated financial models for properties with existing and speculative cash flows, as well as ground-up development and redevelopment opportunities.
Providing exceptional service to clients by delivering analytical tools and cost-effective analyses that influence lease and purchase decisions.
Exhibiting excellent communication skills and thriving in a collaborative team environment, supporting client presentations, RFP responses, and new business pitches.
Performing detailed Argus/Expedition entry, analysis, and auditing.
Managing lease abstraction processes and coordinating with third-party lease abstractors.
Writing ad-hoc summaries and reports, including investment rationales and highlights.
