We are looking for talented Solution Architect to design and develop the next generation order management system. This key member of team should understand supply chain concepts very well and be well versed with Manhattan Active Omni or similar order management system. The Architect should be able to design the various subsystems of order management and should have experience integrating with other systems for payment, warehouse management systems, tax, etc. Specific areas of focus in Manhattan Active Omni order management system include SIF and SIM, Fulfillment Optimization, order routing, call center, payment processing and returns and exchanges. We are looking for someone who is excited about technology and has strong focus on delivering business value. What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
Serve as Manhattan Active Omni and OMS subject matter expert working with the stakeholders to architect the 'best-fit' solutions across multiple enterprise systems. Serve as a key member of the solution delivery team by facilitating in requirements/design phase, including estimation of custom development efforts, as well as advisory on release planning Build prototypes/proof of concepts during the design and build phases of the project to decide potential solutions Provide mentorship to others as appropriate Design and develop the synchronous and asynchronous integration process Enterprise System architecture with good understanding of the systems in an enterprise landscape Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise, for example: Work with Enterprise Architect to identify potential design issues and provide solutions Maintain the master configuration data, review any customizations and ensures completion of use cases by the team Design and build alerts and monitors for system health, performance and analytics to ensure high quality of customer experience Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field required 8+ years of overall IT experience including: 5+ years of professional experience with Manhattan OMS 3+ years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency At least 1 project implementation with Manhattan Active Omni OMS Have a solid understanding of Architecture, Design and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture. Experience in project and solution estimation Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction. Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint. Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents. Experience in designing solution utilizing one of the leading cloud platforms utilizing cloud architecture best practices Understanding of Retail business and challenges across selling channels, Inventory and Fulfillment. Business acumen to explore different trade-offs to make better business decisions. Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Experience in implementing omni-channel use cases Experience in implementing cloud-based enterprise solution Understanding of supporting technologies middleware, order create systems, payment and fraud, tax etc. Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and partnering skills Highly self-motivated and directed with strong customer-service orientation Ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and deliver results on time Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment Hours regularly 40 hours per week COVID-19 Vaccine Policy
