Our Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily inbound & outbound shipments, yard & traffic management, 3PL oversight, value-added packaging operations, inventory health, physical inventory, customer service, and management of customer orders.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a multi-shift operation, be familiar with Warehouse Management Systems, SAP, Yard Management Systems, and P&L responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Ensure the timely receipt of goods and on-time shipment of customer orders.
Drive the inventory process to maximize storage capacity, optimize replenishment activities, and develop processes for put-away and picking activities. Proactively manage aged, damaged, and obsolete products.
Lead all physical inventory activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation of differences.
Organize inbound and outbound workflows, overseeing inbounds, volume availability, and level loading of customer orders.
Resolve issues related to transportation, yard capacity, imports, and customer concerns.
Create and report metrics to drive results across departments.
Lead and develop reporting Supervisors and internal candidates for growth.
Manage expenses, equipment maintenance, and capital requests.
Develop documented processes and training programs to enable role flexibility.
SKILLS
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
Experience with warehouse and yard management software systems.
Strong knowledge of best warehousing practices; forklift experience is a plus.
Proficiency with SAP, advanced Microsoft Office skills; ability to leverage technology for decision-making.

7-10 years management experience in high-volume, multi-shift warehousing.
College degree in logistics & business management or related field.
