Business Analyst

to support multiple enterprise systems through Agile delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering functional requirements and user stories, working closely with product owners, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. This individual will also demonstrate comfort interacting with stakeholders in mission-driven environments, including financial systems, fraud management platforms, and law enforcement applications. Position Requirements: Required Clearance: MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE; an ACTIVE TOP SECRET is PREFERRED Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Required, Master Preferred Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Lead and document the elicitation of

functional requirements and user stories

from business stakeholders. Conduct

discovery sessions

with clients to understand business needs and define scope and priorities. Partner closely with

Product Owners

to build and manage a

prioritized product backlog

and support user story grooming and refinement. Write and maintain

clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria , collaborating with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation. Facilitate

Agile ceremonies

including

Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives . Translate business needs into functional specifications and contribute to system design efforts. Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Required Skills: 37+ years

of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Agile software development teams. Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for systems involving

financial operations, fraud detection, or law enforcement domains . Strong understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies

and backlog management best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Collaborate with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into data science projects. Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients and team members. Active Secret Clearance

is required. Bachelors degree
