Youll collaborate across teams to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge technology in highly regulated industries. Who You Are: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You bring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. You are not only a product builder but also an innovative thinker who enjoys exploring new AI technologies and pushing boundaries. Technical Leadership:

You have 8+ years in building and operating production SaaS services as a lead engineer Engage in and improve the whole life-cycle of services from inception and design, through to deployment, operation and refinement. Support services before they go live through activities such as system design, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews. Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health. Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems. Startup Mindset & Creativity:

You are comfortable with ambiguity, can self-direct, and have a bias for action. You dont wait for directions, you find opportunities, experiment, and execute. AI Experience & Innovation:

You are curious about AI and have hands-on experience with LLMs, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You understand the limitations and best applications of Generative AI in real-world production environments. Full-Stack Development:

You have experience with REST APIs, LLMs, modern web frameworks, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and backend languages.
