Responsible for communicating with cross-functional software development teams to develop processes and automation tools that reduce manual work or support the creation of software products related to IP network engineering. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot IP-based network solutions from various vendors, including voice, data, video conferencing, and unified communication platforms. Design, plan, and implement high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD) documents, architectural diagrams, and deployment blueprints for IP-based network infrastructure. Configure and maintain BSC, RNC, BTS, and eNodeB for 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and WiMAX technologies. Configure and administer Cisco Nexus and Juniper EX switches, along with Cisco and Juniper routers, to ensure efficient routing and switching of IP traffic Design and manage IP addressing schemes and subnetting to optimize network performance and address capacity utilization. Configure and troubleshoot various network protocols across Layers 2 and 3, including TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, ARP, VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS. Implement security measures to protect IP-based networks from unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats. Deploy encrypted GRE DMVPN tunnels between multiple sites using Cisco routers and firewalls (L2TPv2/IPsec). Monitor IP network performance and traffic patterns, and optimize network resources to ensure high availability and reliability Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups. Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Monitor network traffic patterns, identify anomalies, and detect potential security threats in real time using Solarwinds, NAGIOS and Visio. Qualifications &Experience
