Location: Within 40 miles of Manhattan Pay: $38.46/hr $48.08/hr (equivalent to $80K $100K annually) Term: 6+ Month An established telecom firm is seeking a Telecom Construction Manager to oversee tower-based wireless projects in the AT&T MCA market. This is a field-focused hybrid role, managing site walks, contractors, budgets, and quality/safety across complex urban environments like Manhattan. Key Details:
Manage construction schedule, costs, safety, and quality Oversee field teams and subcontractorsstrictly tower-based work Coordinate with clients, engineers, and vendors Projects include AT&T maintenance and component replacement Must reside within 40 miles of NYC Requirements:
4+ years telecom construction experience Recent or extensive AT&T experience required Prior work on the MCA project highly preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data sets) Strong attention to detail, budget tracking, and documentation Able to analyze construction drawings and structural reports No marijuana usemust pass 10-panel drug screen Mileage, tolls, and parking are reimbursed. This is a high-visibility role with immediate interviews and onboarding.
