This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. The Group Product Manager is responsible for setting the strategic vision, long-term roadmap, and overall success of Abbott's digital platform. This leader will drive consumer engagement, platform innovation, and growth while aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring global adoption. This individual needs to be a cross-functional leader who partners and influences across multiple disciplines to deliver on an integrated platform strategy and execution. What You'll Work On

Define, communicate, and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for the Libre app platform, including prioritization of platform enhancements and strategic investments. Drive consumer-focused product positioning and go-to-market strategies that increase engagement, retention, and commercial impact. Analyze global market trends, consumer behaviors, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and strengthen Abbott's leadership in digital diabetes management. Champion innovation by leveraging consumer insights and data analytics to deliver new capabilities that improve user experience, clinical outcomes, and satisfaction. Partner across engineering, design, regulatory, clinical, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful execution and integration of platform initiatives. Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs related to user engagement, satisfaction, and business performance; drive continuous improvement and optimization. Develop and oversee advertising, promotion, and communication plans that reflect the strategic direction of the platform. Present platform strategy, insights, and performance updates to senior leadership, influencing high-level decisions and aligning stakeholders. Mentor and guide product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence and raising standards across the consumer organization. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersincluding regulatory, medical, legal, manufacturing, public affairs, and agenciesto achieve platform objectives. Be accountable for achieving platform business goals, including consumer adoption, engagement, and revenue targets. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or another related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree. 8 years of overall experience. Previous experience demonstrating influence and leadership skills to successfully deliver programs and projects on time, within budget, and scope. Previous experience presenting and delivering compelling business insights to executive level leaders. Proven experience with successful collaborating with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives. Preferred Qualifications

Digital product experience, ideally with app-based products. Strong presentation and communication skills, proactive and resourceful with a "can do" attitude. Innovative and able to think openly, broadly, and strategically. Strong analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data, manage information and trends. Enjoys responding quickly and influencing people to deliver. Sound time management skills, ensures that work is produced to agreed deadlines and high standards. Highly organized, focused and committed to achieving goals. Thrives under pressure with tight deadlines on several initiatives simultaneously. Understanding of delivering digital products in a regulated environment. Ability to lead/manage program budgets monthly, create and manage purchase orders and scope of work documents with procurement. The base pay for this position is $146,700.00 $293,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
