About The Team Our global Fanatics Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events division spans North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, MLS, NCAA, Ryder Cup, UEFA, European Football Clubs, and global sporting events. Our stores and events feature a tech-infused retail experience, allowing us to react swiftly to sporting moments and ensure product availability for fans. Job Summary The Retail Associate is responsible for front-line sales, creating an exceptional fan experience, and ensuring store operational excellence. The role involves effective communication, teamwork, and working a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during game days and events. Responsibilities Greet fans and ensure a top-notch shopping experience. Make product recommendations based on customer interactions. Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards. Process transactions via Fanatics POS system. Uphold professionalism and positive brand representation. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent. Retail or sales experience preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Foreign language skills are a plus. Skills and Abilities Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor. Quick learner of product knowledge. Team player capable of serving diverse fans. Organized and detail-oriented. Positive attitude and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills. Punctuality and reliability. Physical Demands Sit, stand, reach, bend, and move as needed. Lift up to 30 lbs. Exposure to weather elements during outdoor events. The hourly wage is $15.97-$18.10, excluding incentives. Final pay depends on location, experience, and qualifications.
