Wood is seeking a Construction Manager with extensive experience in managing complex construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will represent Wood on site, responsible for organizing, managing, and administering all site activities in accordance with company policies, relevant legislation, and client requirements. This role involves managing construction costs and schedules, overseeing planning, execution, and project completion, leading teams, and collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing installation, commissioning, and project completion activities. The Construction Manager ensures the quality and integrity of each project, delivering projects on schedule and within budget, using in-house procedures to maintain quality assurance and control. Oversees total construction efforts to ensure compliance with design, specifications, budgets, and schedules. Our Clients and Projects

Manage construction and contractor deliverables. Supervise all areas on small projects or specific disciplines on larger projects. Oversee execution of work in accordance with quality standards and project requirements. Control project costs and schedules for assigned disciplines or site activities. Manage installation, commissioning, and completion of materials and equipment. Coordinate work schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure timely delivery. Monitor work progress and report against plans. Ensure safety, quality, and environmental responsibilities are communicated and upheld. Provide safety, quality, and environmental training and conduct inspections. Manage project variations and control costs using commercial processes. Coordinate supply, delivery, and logistics in accordance with specifications and policies. Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, resolving issues related to cost, schedule, and quality. Represent the company in contract negotiations if required.
