Overview
The Clinical Education Assessment Coordinator will coordinate and support all student-related assessments and programs during the clinical years (years three and four) not directly related to their clinical rotations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate NBOME COMAT exams and report and post scores
Coordinate NBOME Level 2 Board examination preparation including: scheduling of COMBANK assessments, scheduling of COMSAE assessments, providing exam approvals, & coordinating remediation efforts.
Assist in coordination and follow up of off cycle students not currently on rotations
Liaison with COM Learning Specialist to support students as needed
Assign and track all required Aquifer course assignments for all clinical students
Report all COMAT and Aquifer requirements for grade submission
Distribute and track student Interprofessional Education requirement
All other clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor of Arts preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
General administrative duties required
Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty and colleagues required
Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal) preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized and effective time management
Ability to work independently or as a team
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to operate standard office technology (fax, scanner, multi-line phone)
Physical Demands

Extensive time sitting/standing
Able to lift up to 5 lbs.
Maximum Salary
USD $49,595.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary
USD $39,675.00/Yr.
