From your PASSION to ours Lactalis USA is hiring a Systems Developer in Buffalo, NY. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities: Summary : Support all technical aspects of a Dairy Plant as a responsible, self-starting professional. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include: Effectively troubleshoot all technical areas. Provide on-the-job training to maintenance mechanics. Set up, conduct, and evaluate training sessions (both classroom and practical). Maintain open communication with all employees, including department managers. Continuously seek ways to improve performance and control costs, collaborating with maintenance on equipment and preventive maintenance programs. Review technical problems and procedures, recommending solutions or changes. Manage plant projects. Facilitate data exchange between departments on the production floor. Learn new skills quickly using equipment manuals and vendor contacts. Possess knowledge of high and low-voltage systems. Understand PLC controls, programs, and operator interface systems. Know variable frequency drives for motors and drive systems. Requirements From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants should have: Dairy or food-related experience preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and computer literacy. Ability to oversee and effectively run projects, with strong employee training skills. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma required. Associates degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technologies preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
