We are seeking a Cleared Network Engineer, eager to further their Cyber and Intelligence expertise to join one of our Federal Clients in the Columbia, MD area. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in network installations, vulnerabilities, patching, and overall maintenance of the infrastructure. This opportunity will be working in a close-knit team environment to identify new, innovative ways to deliver critical infrastructure solutions that are used and valued worldwide.
Day to Day: Configure and optimize network hubs, routers, and switches. Develop and implement network backup and recovery procedures. Diagnose network connectivity problems. Install and maintain network infrastructure device operating system software. Install or replace network hubs, routers, and switches. Monitor network capacity and performance. Patch network vulnerabilities to ensure information is safeguarded against outside parties. Test and maintain network infrastructure including software and hardware devices.
