Plymouth Harbor
The Galley Barista, you will create the PH Experience for our Residents and family members by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with PH guiding culture.
Essential Functions
Customer Service: Greet Residents warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Take orders and process payments efficiently. Beverage and Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and standards. Additionally, prepare and assemble food items, including sandwiches, ensuring quality and consistency. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to make recommendations to customers. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Upselling: Promote and upsell additional products and services to enhance the Resident experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. General:
Must be 18 years of age to legally sell and/or serve alcohol in a restaurant within the State of Florida. Must have good organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be a detail-oriented person and able to perform duties with great accuracy daily. Must have excellent personal skills, demonstrating the ability to conduct oneself in a non-controversial style; a style that inspires the respect of others and promotes a sense of trust in the individual's competence. Must have good communication skills, speaking, writing, and listening. Must be fluent in English. Must have good computer skills with the ability to learn and use proprietary software as required. ServSafe certification is preferred to ensure adherence to food safety standards. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
