To service and support manufacturing operations in the form of maximizing production output via expedient machine repair, procurement of repair parts, preventive maintenance, safety, and maintaining building systems. Schedule Options
Monthly rotation schedule 6-6 (work a full month on day shift and then a full month on night shift) 2-2-3 Straight Nights (6p-6a) Monday-Thursday Day Shift (5am-3pm) $30-$39/hour based on experience + $1.20 night shift premium and 1.5x on Sundays What You Get To Do
Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. Performs necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and facility. Creates and understands the work order process using SAP. Problem solves issues concerning equipment operation and manufacturing processes where these relate to maximizing output. Involvement in developmental project work including working with R&D, manufacturing, and outside equipment and parts vendors. Maintains spare parts inventory including ordering necessary parts and completing purchase requisitions. Functions as part of the technical resources for the on-site staff. Participates in and supports World Class Operations Management (WCOM) teams. Knowledge of procedures, work instructions, and associated forms as required by the Key Area Leader. Performs other projects/duties as assigned. What We Value
Good communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal Experience with shop tools. Understand Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems. Must be able to read and write electrical schematics and Ladder logic diagrams. Program and troubleshoot PLC's. (Allen Bradley 500 and 5000 software) Must be able to wire both the control and high power for Industrial machinery. What We Want From You
Minimum of a two year Electro-Mechanical degree. State Indentured Journeymen card as an Industrial Electrical and or Maintenance Mechanic preferred. Previous experience in an industrial setting working with machine processes, schedules, and a variety of individuals involved in the manufacturing environment necessary. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
