Enterprise API Data Manager , you will own the roadmap and execution of product integrations and APIs that extend the value of Bridge Legal’s platform. Your work will sit at the heart of our platform, enabling deep integrations with customer CRMs and vendors, building an advanced data lake of customer data, and turning legacy cost centers into new revenue opportunities. This is a high-impact role where API infrastructure, third-party product integrations, and AI innovation intersect to define the future of legal tech. This role involves both designing new integrations with third-party legal systems (e.g., CRMs, case management, intake tools) and building our internal APIs to support scalable, secure, and reliable connections. You will bridge business needs, legal workflows, and technical architecture to deliver solutions that drive real impact for our law firm clients. Status:

In Office Outcomes: Develop and maintain a comprehensive API framework that supports customer CRM integration, vendor interoperability, and AI-ready data pipelines. Define and execute the strategy for third-party product integrations and API development across Bridge Legal’s platform. Lead the creation of MCPs (Managed Connectivity Points) for our customers’ vendors, enabling seamless integration. Oversee the development of a customer-centric data lake, enabling access to structured and unstructured data from legal workflows and external systems. Identify and execute on opportunities to convert client-side inefficiencies into internal monetization strategies, such as offering integrations-as-a-service. Manage data ingestion via APIs or ETLs, ensuring data quality, compliance, and readiness for downstream analytics and AI models. Leverage AI across the API and data integration lifecycle — from automated mapping and data extraction to intelligent workflow orchestration. Support flexible integration models for a wide range of vendor systems — including billing, document management, and legal practice tools. Collaborate with our product team to ensure the platform architecture enables training, inference, and automation using client and vendor data. Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and documentation that drive stakeholder alignment. Partner with customers to assess integration requirements and advise on optimal data strategies. Skill and Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or platform strategy — ideally in B2B SaaS or legal tech. Strong interest in and understanding of AI; experience applying AI to business or data problems, leveraging AI to create valuable opportunities, and innovating novel uses of AI throughout an entire project are ideal qualities. Excellent operational focus; capable of driving execution, owning results, and managing project delivery. Proven experience with APIs, data integration tools, and cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP). Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and API design principles. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and their data models. Experience owning external-facing developer tools or integration platforms. Passion for designing scalable systems that solve complex real-world problems for underserved industries. Understanding of compliance and data security practices in legal or regulated industries. Exceptional communicator who can simplify complexity for internal and external stakeholders. Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
