Duties and responsibilities Understand and adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees Troubleshooting systems to diagnose and repair problems Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the plant Communicate often and effectively with maintenance lead, supervisors and peers across all departments Complete all repairs and projects with a sense of pride and , with all work completed meeting personal safety, food safety and quality standards, and on a timely manner Work daily with maintenance lead or maintenance supervisor on priority tasks, which can and do change on a day to day basis Be able to work any shift and overtime when needed Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a 2-year degree in a Maintenance field or two plus years of maintenance experience Electrical experience recommended Troubleshooting aptitude Good communication skills Strong mechanical abilities Able to read and understand electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic drawings Interact with other team members and communicate with production leaders Follow directions and complete projects in a timely manner Complete pms and workorders on a daily basis Understanding and troubleshooting plc logic is a plus
