$16.50 - $19.88/hour

Shipping & Subrental Coordinator . In this role, you'll manage

inbound and outbound subrental equipment logistics , ensuring every piece of gear is accounted for, properly handled, and ready for the next big show! What You'll Be Doing

Subrental & Cross-Rental Coordination

- Oversee

the acquisition, tracking, and return of rental equipment

across LMG's network. Warehouse & Logistics Support

- Ensure

timely and accurate shipments , coordinate

subrental deliveries and returns , and inspect

incoming gear for damage . Vendor & Internal Communication

- Maintain strong relationships with

external rental vendors and internal discipline leaders

to ensure smooth operations. Documentation & Records Management

- Process

rental forms, purchase orders, bills of lading, shipping logs, and return records

for accountability. Missing Equipment Investigations

- Conduct

urgent research into lost or misplaced gear , coordinating efforts with logistics teams. Safe Handling & Delivery

- Package and secure

equipment for transport , ensuring items arrive

damage-free

and on time. On-Site Support (as needed)

- Travel to event sites to

assist with gear returns, troubleshoot logistics, and ensure smooth load-outs . Non-CDL Driving

- Operate

company vehicles

for equipment pickups and deliveries. What We're Looking For

Organized & Detail-Oriented

- Ability to

manage multiple shipments, track assets, and keep precise records . Logistics & Warehouse Experience

- Familiarity with

shipping, receiving, and equipment tracking

is a plus. Strong Communicator

- Able to

coordinate across teams, vendors, and event staff . Problem-Solver

- Quick thinking and

proactive in resolving logistical challenges . Physically Capable

- Comfortable with

lifting, moving, and handling equipment

in a warehouse and event setting. Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay:

$16.50 - $19.88/hour (Actual rate based on experience.) Paid Time Off (PTO):
