Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ and Java Developer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on identifying root causes of the current issues and proposing/making changes in stabilizing the platform within the next 4-6 months. The ideal candidate will have a background in both C++ and Java, with experience in troubleshooting software hardware interactions.
Location: Hybrid Onsite - Bloomington, MN (preferred) or Remote
Responsibilities:
Use systematic approach to identify root cause(s) of the issue. Identify the component/service to fix the issue and help make those changes. Propose changes to software design/testing/installation to help prevent these issues from occurring in the future. Collaborate in an agile environment with team members.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in C++ development. Experience with integrating software with hardware devices using C++. Experience with smart card personalization (ISO-7816, ISO-14443, or others) using C++. Application security design, including TLS, PKCS standards, integration of hardware security modules (HSM), PKI certificate signing and validation. Understanding of cryptography including key management, symmetric/asymmetric keys, crypto algorithms. 5+ years of experience in Java development with Spring Rest service and other modules. Experience with Windows, SQL Server, IntelliJ, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate.
