POSITION SUMMARY
The Service and Parts Coordinator is responsible for project work as supervised by the Fleet Manager.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Inputs data in GFS proprietary software; send and receive emails as required.
•Ensures that all arriving stock receipts are efficiently and carefully executed.
•Processes invoices, create work orders, and purchase orders.
•Participates in an ongoing basis in routine inventory cycle counts.
•Helps prepare for and take part in, all physical inventories as scheduled by the company.
•Assists with inventory maintenance reports.
•Ensures shop space is organized and clean.
•Acts as a liaison between intra company departments.
•Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
•Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations.
•Assists in developing solutions to specific problem areas.
•Compiles, verifies and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding asset trends.
•Assists in development of projects as well as make recommendations to appropriate personnel.
•Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures as well as compliance to contractual obligations.
•Maintains vendor relations to ensure good standing relationship.
•Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
•Implementation of cost control measures
•Vehicles registration and permits, distribute documents to correct people.
•Researches new items and new vendors.
•Assists truck driver's with directions as needed.
•Assists mechanics in Maintenance Shop as needed.
•Performs filing, scanning, and copying.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
•Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry.
•Ability to keep company proprietary information confidential.
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
•Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organization.
•Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
