Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project phases. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope. Communicate project progress and updates to senior management and clients as required. Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Oversee procurement of materials and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. A successful Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction project management within the building and construction industry.
