Manager of Product Management - Next Gen
Reports To: Director of Product Management Position Summary:
The Manager of Product Management leads and mentors a team of Product Managers, driving the company's strategic vision for advanced SaaS solutions, next-generation integrations, mobile technologies, white-label offerings, and AI-driven innovations. This role collaborates closely with the SVP of Business Solutions, sales, marketing, development, customer support, and strategic partners to ensure the successful development and launch of innovative new products and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in new product development, a successful track record of bringing new solutions to market, and strong expertise in AI technologies. Essential Job Functions: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Product Managers, providing strategic guidance, professional development, and ongoing support. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and agile execution within the product management team. Strategic Execution: Execute the strategic vision and priorities established by senior leadership, focusing on SaaS solutions, AI technologies, mobile integrations, SDKs, and white-label products. Manage comprehensive product roadmaps, deployment timelines, and operational plans to ensure timely and successful product launches. Oversee detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration workflows. Operational Excellence: Monitor and track product development progress, ensuring adherence to milestones and operational metrics. Conduct regular performance reviews of product initiatives, driving continuous improvement and measurable ROI. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track progress, adoption rates, and operational outcomes. Customer and Partner Engagement: Actively engage with customers and strategic partners through presentations, demonstrations, and strategic discussions. Serve as a key point of collaboration, escalation, and alignment across cross-functional teams, strategic partners, and senior leadership. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Technical and Analytical Skills: Deep expertise in SaaS product management, mobile technologies (including React Native), SDK integrations, and white-label solutions. Strong proficiency in AI technologies, machine learning (ML), data analytics, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs). Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to conduct basic data queries and competitive analyses. Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL. Process and Project Management: Experience working with rapid iterative processes to swiftly deliver and refine product solutions. Comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, Kanban frameworks, integration workflows, APIs, and event-driven systems. Proficiency with Agile management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and roadmap software (Aha!). Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and team-building abilities. Proven leadership experience managing remote or distributed teams. Comfortable presenting and discussing technical and strategic topics with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Education and Experience: Formal Product Management training preferred. Proven experience in New Product Development with a track record of successfully bringing new products to market. Must be able to: Effectively lead and develop high-performing teams. Clearly communicate execution plans and requirements across diverse teams. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
