Greet and welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders as necessary. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
