Senior Lead Product Manager
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to serve as the business leader in running the day-to-day retail bill payment business. This role will lead issues management processes for Bill Pay and Direct Pay and will direct, influence, and contribute to the timely resolution of production issues. In addition, the leader will collaborate with the team and business partners on ad hoc projects, manage business metrics and reporting routines including monthly/quarterly business reviews. Additional responsibilities include managing vendor management monthly SLA reporting, operationalizing new procedures on a monthly basis, managing collateral/asset reviews and updates annually or as needed for marketing, branch and online banking, and managing the Business Material Review (BMR) process and complaints review for Bill Pay and Direct Pay. In this role, you will: Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs Focus on metric reporting, vendor SLA monitoring, issues/management, ad/hoc projects, vendor issues and customer resolution, risk and compliance review and support. Run the day-to-day consumer product responsibilities and analyze trends of US payments are trending to effectively toggle across BAU and strategic components. Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide Serve as an adept advisor to leadership Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Bill Pay or digital payment experience Experience with consumer payments products and technologies (Debit Cards, Zelle, Digital Wallets, Bill Pay) Payment rails including ACH, RTP, Zelle and FedNow Experience identifying and developing strategic plans for emerging payment use cases or payment technology Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives and priorities Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to effectively lead, partner with and successfully influence senior executives and other stakeholders at all levels across the matrix organization Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity (3 or more days in the office and up to 2 days remotely per week) from any of the required locations listed below.
