About the Role
A Lead Software Engineer will drive the technical development of our AI-powered sales platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales, to architect, build, and optimize scalable solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for AI-driven innovations.
What You'll Do
Lead the engineering team in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and development priorities. Oversee system architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews and testing. Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly in AI and machine learning, to enhance platform capabilities. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence. Work with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure system uptime. Optimize AI models and data processing pipelines for real-time sales insights. What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, and data engineering. Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and scalability principles. Experience with Agile methodologies and development tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
