Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive menu-selling process to maximize the finance department's profitability and product penetration. Ensure that every eligible deal is eContracted. Track the finance portfolio with lenders. Review and inspect the department’s paperwork daily to ensure timely deal turnaround and document accuracy. Support the sales department in achieving its goals while safeguarding the dealership's best interests. Development/Training Maintain professionalism, ethics, and excellent customer service (CSI). Work closely with the sales team to enforce proper selling methods. Set and maintain the finance department work schedule. Ensure proper staffing of the finance department. Establish a weekly training schedule for finance managers. Conduct weekly one-on-one training sessions with finance managers. Review sales managers’ finance performance daily, weekly, and monthly. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
