Jerry Ulm Collision Center is looking for a full time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to add to our team. Monday-Friday, no weekends! Starting pay $17-$18 per hour based on experience!!

Responsibilities:
•Welcome guests
•Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.
Assist with administrative duties which include:
•Data Entry
•Keep accurate records
Requirements:
•Ability to use Microsoft, Word and Excel
•Strong Customer Service Skills
•Excellent Communication Skills
•Keep Accurate Records
•Detail Oriented
•Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
•Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
•Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
•Ability to be a Team Player
•Bi-lingual
