Retail Store Associate (Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ)

WHAT YOU'LL DO: We are seeking hardworking individuals with a positive attitude for the Retail Store Associate position at the new GOAT USA store in Garden State Plaza Mall, Paramus NJ. Job Purpose As a GOAT USA Retail Store Associate, you will provide outstanding customer service to build customer loyalty. Your responsibilities include selling the GOAT USA product line, welcoming customers, introducing them to the brand, maintaining the store appearance, guiding customers to merchandise, operating cash registers, and assisting with customer inquiries. Job Duties and Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Assist customers in finding merchandise. Handle POS transactions and payments. Collaborate with team members and management for smooth operations. Maintain knowledge of the brand and inventory. Greet customers warmly. Keep the store clean and organized. Follow store policies. Assist with back stock and merchandise displays. Work with team members to ensure a tidy sales floor. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Organizational and time management skills. Interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Part-Time, non-exempt position. Effective communication in English. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk during shifts. Basic math skills for transactions. Schedule : Flexible hours available.
