We are seeking a skilled Worksoft Automation Developer with strong expertise in Worksoft Certify and a deep understanding of test automation for SAP, web, and custom applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experience in creating high-quality test scripts and automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts using Worksoft Certify.
Analyze business requirements and develop test automation solutions.
Review and improve existing automation frameworks for best practices and reusability.
Identify root causes of software issues and implement corrective actions.
Manage test case execution and document testing scenarios and defect tracking.
Lead and facilitate automation meetings and communicate project updates.
Collaborate with teams to identify, develop, and prioritize test cases for automation.
Build automation scripts for functional and regression testing of critical business processes.
Assist with data creation, setup, and updates in test scripts and record sets.
Perform dry runs, handover, and signoff of automation scripts to clients.
Provide detailed reporting and maintain documentation for test automation scripts.
Mentor and train resources on Worksoft Certify and the automation approach.
Stay current on software engineering advancements and apply industry best practices.
Provide weekly status reports, summarizing accomplishments, activities, metrics, and issues.
Required Qualifications
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Worksoft Certify development (7/10 proficiency). Experience in writing automation scripts and configuring Worksoft Certify applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills (10/10 proficiency required). Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems. Experience with SAP functional, web, and custom application automation. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the utilities industry. Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 HANA functions and the ability to understand customizations. Familiarity with automation best practices and their application in test development.
