Manufacturing Maintenance Lead Technician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Manufacturing Maintenance Lead Technician
to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide variety of manufacturing equipment and systems, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and must be able to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. The candidate must be capable of working independently or as part of a team to minimize downtime and ensure efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, sensors, PLCs, and hydraulic circuits. Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend solutions for improvement. Install, align, and calibrate machinery and equipment as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations (OSHA, NFPA 70E, etc.). Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and capital improvement projects. Collaborate with engineers, machine operators, and other technicians to improve equipment performance and reliabiility
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system maintenance Solid understanding of industrial automation and control systems Ability to diagnose and repair issues using multimeters, hydraulic gauges, and other diagnostic tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work from heights, in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or respond to emergency calls as needed Preferred:
Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Unitronics.) Knowledge of pneumatic systems and CNC machinery Familiarity with CMMS platforms Physical requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, at heights, and in various environmental conditions Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time Willingness to work occasional overtime, weekends, and on-call hours as needed We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
