As an Advanced Systems Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will report directly to our Sr. SW Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days. In this role, you will impact the reliability and efficiency of our software systems, which are vital to our operations. As a senior technical authority, you will drive innovation, quality, and performance in our software infrastructure. Your work will leave a lasting impact, ensuring that our software solutions continue to set industry benchmarks and propel us into a digitally transformative future. Guide cross-functional teams to elevate and maintain crucial software infrastructure. Champion complex software issue resolution in the systems programming domain. Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation for knowledge transfer and standardization. Drive software code optimization for peak system performance. Oversee and update technical documentation, including specifications, change logs, and user guides for software systems.
