Summary

The Assistant Manager - Treasury position will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), banking, and cash management functions. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with a robust background in accounting, possessing advanced Excel skills, proficient in data analysis and reporting, and skilled in implementing new technology and automating work processes. They should be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with all other departments and teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Operations Lead day-to-day AR and AP processes, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all transactional activities, including payment requests, clearing transactions and offsets Collaborate with Accounting department and operation groups and monitor the transactions Manage Payment Processing and banking activities Supervise the preparation and execution of payments through SAP Ensure all banking transactions are processed in accordance with internal controls and bank requirements Cash Management and Liquidity Oversight Monitor daily cash flow statement and short-term cash needs to ensure optimal liquidity Prepare and update cash flow forecasts to support funding decisions and working capital management Financial Reporting and Executive Support Compile and analyze treasury-related data to produce various summary reports, month end reports, and other dashboards or presentation for Finance management and C- Suites (Unapplied AR trend/Late AP payment trend, etc) Support Period- End Close Activities Collaborate with the Treasury Manager and Finance teams during monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles Reconcile treasury-related transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting in SAP Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Financial Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of treasury activities with broader business objectives Ensure Policy Compliance and Audit Readiness Adhere to internal controls, SOX requirements, and corporate policies related to cash, banking, and disbursement activities Maintain thorough documentation to support internal and external audits Participation in Special Projects and Ad-Hoc Initiatives Support strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and other assignments as required Support Treasury System Enhancements and Automation Initiatives Assist in the evaluation, design, and implementation of technology solutions to automate recurring processes (RPA) on SAP-based payment workflows Coordinate with IT, Accounting, and Operations team on system testing and apply to the production Policy and Procedure Development Contribute to the creation and maintenance of treasury-related standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring that processes are standardized, well-documented, and aligned with internal control objectives Vendor and Customer Master Data Oversight Maintain and review Vendor and Customer Master Data in coordination with relevant departments Ensure changes comply with internal approvals protocols and audit requirements Training and Staff Development Provide coaching and training to team members on SAP transaction processes, payment and clearing workflows, and compliance standards Promote knowledge sharing and skills development across the team Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range

$86,000 - $96,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred 6 - 9 years of experience relating to Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or related field Required 7 - 11 years of experience relating to Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or related field Preferred 1 - 3 years of supervisor experience Required 3 months of training Required

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing Possibility of both international & domestic travel - 15% Lift up to 10lbs Carry up to 10lbs Stand/walk
