Define and develop data science solutions tailored to the needs of customers that provide meaningful insights, and translate insights into actionable plans for customers Gather, analyze, design, and apply statistical and data science methods to structured, semi-structured data, and/or unstructured data to provide business insights for decision making or developing state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to power our products and services Manage data science initiatives, design analytical tables, and implement end-to-end process from analytical model development to validation, testing, and deployment with high levels of efficiency and quality Strong verbal and written communication skills to express data science concepts, solutions, recommendations and the benefits and impacts of the recommendations in a clear and effective manner through effective visualization and to others of varying technical levels Apply your expertise and best practices to support business development activities by providing use cases and solutions that meet customers needs and presenting/demonstrating solutions to customers Research and stay connected with data analytics technologies and innovations across the industry and share findings with team members to drive business opportunities and enhance team capabilities Develop individually to continue to grow your impact, and act as mentor to junior team members Qualification

Bachelor's degree or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Operations Research or related field. 3+ years of data science work experience Solid understanding of and proficiency with machine learning, deep learning, statistics, data mining, big data analytics and AI with a clear commitment to quality and accuracy Strong knowledge of and experience with machine learning methods such as Linear and Non-linear Regression, Logistic Regression, KNN, Nave Bayes, SVM, Boosting and Bagging, Random Forest, XGBoost, Association Rules, Decision Tree, Cross Validation Method, Forecasting, Clustering, Neural Networks, Deep learning, Optimization, and/or Natural Language Processing) Proficiency in languages used for querying (e.g. SQL/Hive/Pig/Spark), preprocessing (e.g. Python), and statistical analysis (e.g. Python/R), and comfortable working with large, complex, and potentially messy datasets Experience in data extraction, transformation, cleaning, and validation Experience in cloud (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform), big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Cloudera, NoSQL DBs) and RDBMS systems (MySQL, Oracle Database, etc.) is preferable Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with the ability to use logical reasoning and creative thinking Strong communications skills and ability to communicate analytical and technical content in an easy to understand way Strong people skills, team-orientation, and a professional attitude Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and collaboratively in a team environment High emotional intelligence, a can-do mentality and a creative approach to problem solving Curiosity, self-motivated, team worker, responsible, detail-oriented and delivery-oriented Demonstrated leadership within or outside a work setting Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal
