What Youll Do

Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to investigate and solve challenging problems reported by our customers Participate in group triage, bug-fix and code review sessions, ensuring we provide quick, accurate and reliable solutions to our customers Partner with Product teams, ensuring detailed knowledge of new and existing features enabling us to be subject matter experts and deliver first-class support for our customers Provide constructive and honest feedback during triage sessions, code reviews and sprint retrospectives Analyze customer reported issues, and develop, document and validate appropriate solutions Occasionally meet with customers and/or third parties to deep dive on challenging problems Occasionally prepare and deliver knowledge and/or training to peers Engage in continuous improvement efforts

What Youll Need

1+ years of software engineering experience Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience Good understanding of and experience with triage, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software Knowledge of and willingness to adapt to our technology stack: AWS and AWS services including CloudFormation, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CodePipeline, CloudWatch; React, Node.js, CSS and HTML, C#, .Net, MSSQL, Power BI; Databases: Relational, Snowflake (Medallion Architecture) Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting skill, communication, time management and prioritization skills Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to deliver on team specific goals and objectives Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, software programming and development, and technical problem solving while leveraging NAVEXs core values

Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team. The starting pay for this role is $75,000 per annum. Pay progression based on your performance.
