Senior Business AnalystSummary of Role Provides high level of expertise in gathering of business and functional requirements related to client implementation projects. Involved with all stages and support of the AFSVision Product initiatives for AFSVision business from proposal and requirements definition to implementation. Provides a proactive interface between the customers and the technical and business staff to ensure effective definition of the delivery of professional advisory services and/or business applications. Senior Business Analyst is involved with the entire project life cycle and will ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met. Communicates with line managers, directors, and clients (internal or external). Visibility at client site will be required occasionally. Essential Functions Provides high level of expertise in gathering of functional business requirements and preparation of functional business specifications.Contributor in design review meetings with internal resources and external. Develop use case/test case scenarios.May be called upon to manage entire project life cycle.High level of client interaction to assess and gather requirements.Assists sales and management in preparing and conducting presentations.High degree of expertise in loan, accounting or other relevant banking system functionality and assessing client needs.Support the implementation and/or integration of products or new features for clients.Assists with client training.Assist with Business Validation Testing.Competency Excellent interpersonal and customer facing experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Banking or Financial Services business knowledge.System and business analysis skills.Strong presentation skills.Ability to balance multiple demands and stress levels.Positive attitude.Required Education Business or Management Information degree or equivalent experience.Required Experience 4+ years of Business Analyst experience. Preferred but not required experience in banking loan operations, portfolio management, or other relevant banking experiencePreferred EducationBusiness or Management Information degree or equivalent experience.Preferred Experience Additional Eligibility Qualification MS Office Suite, Jira, Subversion, Confluence, SharePoint experience is preferred.Certifications Licensure Supervisory Responsibilities N/AWork Environment Work is performed in hybrid office setting, during normal business hours(days) with some limited nights (for special events).
