Marketing Assistant
to join one of the area's leading
full-service promotional marketing firms . Specializing in
event-based retail campaigns
for a variety of top clients, our company has recently expanded into several new divisions—creating an immediate need for a driven candidate ready to make an impact.
This is a fantastic
entry-level opportunity
to gain real-world experience in marketing, client relations, and campaign execution—all while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Marketing Campaigns: Monitor active campaigns and assist in improving their performance and efficiency. Idea Contribution: Propose creative concepts for experiential marketing programs that build brand awareness and engagement. Client Communication: Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust. Team Collaboration: Work with brand ambassadors to develop innovative strategies that increase exposure for client products. Project Assistance: Provide support to senior marketing professionals on large-scale projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: A can-do attitude and the desire to grow personally and professionally. Team-Oriented: Enjoys working in a team environment and contributing to group success. Education: Some college or a Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required). Multitasking Abilities: Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. Problem-Solver: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Organized & Reliable: Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-focused. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
