Victor, New York Job Summary: The Warehousing Logistics and Distribution Supervisor is a full-time, non-exempt position responsible for shipping, receiving, and daily warehouse operations to fulfill customer orders. The role emphasizes teamwork and excellent customer service, reporting to the Finance and Logistics Manager. We seek a candidate eager to learn and contribute within a dynamic, growing company. Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory control. Ensure facility safety, conduct safety training, and comply with government regulations regarding equipment and environment. Collaborate with our global team on shipping, receiving, warehouse planning, operations, control, and order fulfillment, including integrating new logistics services and technology. Unload shipments, verify materials and quantities against documents. Input incoming materials into ERP/Inventory Control System. Redefine incoming order management processes and train staff accordingly. Respond to spares inquiries, providing availability and pricing. Coordinate with Technical Support Engineers on spares requests. Process customer orders and enter them into the ERP system. Manage inventory transactions, cycle verifications, and process management technology. Pick, pack, and ship orders; coordinate shipping as needed. Coordinate daily with supply chain personnel in Sweden, UK, and Latvia. Liaise with PDF print partners and dealers regarding delivery and order issues, managing irregularities and follow-up. Conduct inventory audits as required. Maintain detailed records of stock lists and inventories. Unload and store supplies and equipment. Operate forklifts safely (licensed preferred). Maintain stock locations and control procedures. Develop and refine warehouse SOPs to ensure safe, profitable, and compliant operations. Process order receiving and shipping documentation. Coordinate equipment shipping with dealers and OEM partners. Coordinate supply and demand with the Finance and Logistics Manager, including international operations. Input data and generate simple reports using the M3 ERP system. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international shipping, receiving, warehouse, and logistics. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Experience leading and mentoring warehouse, distribution, shipping, and receiving teams. Proficient with shipping software and processes for FEDEX, DHL, UPS, USPS. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience working with customs, shipping brokers, and managing carrier services, including negotiations. Experience deploying warehouse management technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to support spares using ERP and product documentation. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted. Excellent customer relationship skills. Valid drivers license.
