Wellness Coordinator
The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a Wellness Coordinator to join our team in our Baton Rouge office. The Receptionist will greet and assist patients of the organization. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all patients. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Responsibilities include: welcoming patients who arrive at the office and clarifying the purpose of their visit and who they want to see, answering all phone calls and emails sent, sending out and receiving mail, documents, supplies and packages, maintaining office supplies, maintaining an organized clinic, managing a schedule for those needing support and scheduling appointments as required. Requirements include a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, reliability, professionalism, courtesy, patience, and excellent communication and writing skills.
