opportunity as an Administrative Clerk within the dynamic healthcare industry! As an Administrative Clerk, you'll be responsible for providing general office support to ensure efficient operation of the department. Responsibilities include preparing documents, data entry, scheduling, and assisting staff with administrative duties. Responsibilities: Answer calls in a courteous and helpful manner, providing requested information, or referring the call to the appropriate source. Provide logistical support for meetings or training workshops as requested (i.e., putting together information packets, arranging room location, room set-up/break down, ordering food, arranging equipment and supplies, making copies, etc.) Set up computers, projectors, conference lines, and ensure presentations are accessible for meetings. Enter agendas, reports, and minutes from meetings into the computer using word processing software as directed by the administrative assistant. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Maintain a calendar of activities, meetings, and various events for assigned staff. File correspondence and other written documentation. Assist in copying and dissemination of information. Prepare and process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail and faxes. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate individual. Maintain office supply inventories. Facilitate clinical student and provider meet-and-greet sessions. Report maintenance issues for office equipment (i.e. copiers, faxes, postage machine, etc.); make service calls as directed by supervisor. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience. Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping. Basic math skills and ability to balance a check book. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
