What You Bring to the Team: •3-5 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist - You've seen it all and keep your cool no matter how busy it gets. •EMR Savvy - Experience with systems Athenaor Phreesia is a huge plus. •Organized & Detail-Oriented - You know how to juggle tasks without letting the little things slip. •Strong Communication Skills - Whether on the phone or in person, you provide excellent customer service and clear, compassionate communication. •Reliable & Professional - Patients and team members can count on you to be consistent, respectful, and efficient. •High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required.
