Summary
The Coordinator - Service / Systems is responsible for the initial diagnosing of damaged equipment and then all aspects of coordinating repairs of that equipment using our vendor network. This position requires a very broad understanding of all types of audio-visual equipment as well as a high attention level to detail and records keeping.
This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Daily management of repair records and service tickets
Perform initial evaluation of all damaged equipment
Determine appropriate service level needed to repair equipment
Coordinate 3rd party repair efforts with outside vendors
Daily execution of preventative maintenance on assigned assets
Daily oversight of repair parts and supply inventory
Collaborate and accelerate innovations in QC tooling, practices and execution
Assist in training/development of warehouse staff
Ensure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through assigned areas
Provide recommendations on Capital Expenditure and planning
Promote teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations
Assists other departments as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
Trade School Certificate in electronics repair preferred
