IT Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient IT Business Analyst with hands-on experience in loan technology to support our corporate lending operations. This role will focus on interface design, system administration, issue resolution, and reporting, while serving as a key liaison between business users and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Loan IQ's backend and frontend architecture, experience with Finastra DataNet, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for Loan IQ interfaces, reporting, and system upgrades. Design, test, and implement new interfaces and reports; document test evidence and coordinate user acceptance testing. Monitor and support Loan IQ interfaces and batch processes; investigate and resolve issues as first line of defense. Provide fixes or workarounds for system issues and escalate to Finastra support when necessary. Administer Loan IQ system and batch processes, including table maintenance and environment management. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage Finastra SFDC tickets and hotfix deployments. Support and maintain the Finastra DataNet reporting suite, including SQL-based report development and troubleshooting. Conduct testing using tools such as Right Click; validate system changes and ensure data integrity. Provide user support, answer inquiries, and develop training materials for Loan IQ users. Contribute to risk assessments and provide recommendations for application development and system enhancements. Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Proven experience with Loan IQ or similar program. Experience with interface design, implementation, testing, and support. Familiarity with Finastra DataNet reporting suite and SQL is preferred. Strong understanding of Loan IQ environment management, table maintenance, and batch/system administration. Knowledge of Markit Loan Processor and Loan Recon preferred. Hands-on experience with testing tools, especially Right Click. Other Desired Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong analytical and writing skills; capable of translating user needs into actionable solutions. A big-picture thinker with the ability to assess risks related to application development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively. Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $100,000 - $130,000.
