Senior Accountant Real Estate & Fund Accounting (Hybrid | Vinings, GA) 85-95K PLUS BONUS We are currently seeking a
Senior Accountant
to join a dynamic and fast-growing firm in the
Vinings area . This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team that partners with real estate and investment fund clients to provide high-level accounting, financial reporting, and audit support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with real estate or fund accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working across a variety of portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger activity including journal entries and account reconciliations Support financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP Track capital contributions, distributions, and investment performance Prepare and distribute investor reporting packages Perform cash flow forecasting and variance analysis Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for transaction support and reporting Support fund formation and onboarding processes Drive process improvements to enhance reporting and efficiency Utilize fund accounting systems and tools to ensure accuracy and transparency Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-track preferred) 36 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to
