Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout across multiple market sectors Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans in coordination with clients, architects, and engineers Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, clients, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment Track project financials, manage change orders, and ensure timely billing and cost control Oversee procurement, material coordination, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Lead OAC meetings and internal team check-ins to monitor progress, challenges, and project health Support superintendents and field teams by resolving conflicts and driving schedule adherence Promote safety, quality control, and compliance with company and regulatory standards Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with outstanding client satisfaction Qualifications

Required Experience:

7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects Strong record of successful completion of $10M-$50M+ commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contract negotiations, project documentation, and closeout Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Familiarity with Tilt-Up, ground-up commercial, large TI, and/or multifamily mixed-use projects OSHA certification, PMP, or similar project-related training Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction management platforms Strong understanding of construction drawings, permitting, and budgeting Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Compensation & Benefits
