UiPath Solution Architect / RPA Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled
UiPath Solution Architect (Onshore Lead)
to drive automation strategy, lead solution design, and ensure successful delivery of UiPath-based automation projects. This role requires deep technical expertise in UiPath (including the latest capabilities such as Document Understanding, Generative AI, and Agentic automation). The ideal candidate will provide both architectural leadership and hands-on support, work closely with onshore managers and business stakeholders, and mentor offshore teams. Flexible working hours are expected to align with business and technical needs. The Solution Architect will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure automation solutions are delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead and mentor UiPath development teams on a day-to-day basis. Provide hands-on guidance in development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA solutions. Perform code reviews to ensure best practices, reusability, and scalability. Analyze business requirements and design robust, scalable UiPath solutions. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Define architecture and infrastructure for new automation implementations. Integrate advanced UiPath capabilities such as Document Understanding, AI Center, and Agentic automation. Client & Business Engagement Act as the primary onshore technical point of contact. Participate in key business and developer calls, provide guidance, and help align solutions with business goals. Communicate and coordinate effectively with offshore teams and stakeholders. Project Delivery & Reporting Ensure on-time and quality delivery of automation solutions. Take ownership of delivery responsibilities when needed. Provide regular status updates and documentation to management and stakeholders. Track and report progress, risks, and issues proactively. Quality Assurance Participate in end-to-end testing of automation workflows. Ensure test coverage, documentation, and validation against business expectations. Documentation Maintain up-to-date technical documentation including Solution Design Documents (SDDs), deployment guides, and test plans. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6 years in UiPath RPA. Proven experience in architecting and implementing UiPath solutions end-to-end. Strong knowledge of UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and modern features like DU, AI Center, and Agentic automation. Experience in solution design, code review, testing, and troubleshooting complex automation issues. Expertise in .NET and SQL, with working knowledge of Azure and AWS. Experience with Automation Suite and UiPath Cloud migration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead and collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams. UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certification preferred. Seniority level
